Full Description: Species DISOCACTUS CHIAPASIA SYN; Chiapsia nelsonii is simular to DISOCACTUS NELSONII but is not the same plant as its a varient of DISOCACTUS NELSONII. You ask how can that be? Well some species after many years in a different location, climate and conditions can have distinct differences in bloom and growth characteristics. Disocactus Chiapasia has a smaller bloom thats overlapping funnel form but with open petals or space between petals at mouth of the bloom, light pink in color. Growth is smaller and more narrow, pendant in form also.

NOTE:THE PLANT PICTURED/CUTTINGS OFFERED WERE GARDEN CULTIVATED AND NOT COLLECTED OR REMOVED FROM ITS NATIVE HABITAT. See Disocactus Nelsonii for full background origins of this species varient.
