Full Description: Epiphyllum Hybrid 'GOLD CHARM' Has a small fragrant bloom in wheel form yellow/gold, small flat growth. Simular to see 'Fruhlings Gold' as this was also a Disocactus macranthus cross. Been around for some time but recently registered by the (ESA) research commitee in 2010. Reg. #13735
NOTES; Great grower with narrow flat stem basket type growth. Profuse blooming early spring from Feb to April and occasionally during summer months. Fragrance is a pleasant perfumed scent noticable from a few feet away if several blooms are open at once. Rated a 7 on the fragrance meter as far as intensity with 10 being the strongest fragrance.
Profuse bloomer with over a dozen blooms or more on each stem once mature. Fast to maturity/blooming about 2 years on average from cuttings. |
