Full Description: Epiphyllum Hybrid 'GOODBYE CHARLIE' Has an XL bloom in rose/purple with white edges on inner petals, red-orange mid stripe near base/troat turning to golden orange mid-stripe, ruffled petal edges. Next row is purple/red with a wide golden-orange mid-stripe. Outer petals are dark red/purple with orange mid-stripe. Cup and saucer form.
Notes: This hybrid originated from Gray Davis Epiphyllum Nursery. It was hybridized by Charlie Coons. Upon his passing Gray Davis inherated all of his seedlings. This hybrid was named after him. Gray Davis has not registered this cultivar with ESA as of this date/time, will update once we have more info.
NOTES; Strong grower, nice sized multi-colored blooms, blooms have averaged 12" to 14". Seed pods that developed also very large, 2-1/2" wide x 6" long.
