Full Description: Schlumbergera Hybrid 'LE VESUV' Very similar to the common Christmas cactus,Magenta colored blooms, vigorous and free-flowering. An old hybrid derived from one of the 4 hybrids of W. Buckley in the 1840's S. x buckleyi type (S. russelliana x S. truncata parentage).Tends to bloom later After Chrismas to January and ending in late feb. to March here in So. California, one of the latest bloomers and an uncommon/hard to find variety. Full Bloom picture was taken second week of Feb.
