| Full Description: SELENICEREUS ATROPILOSUS Has a medium sized bloom and is nocturnal blooming (blooms in evening). One of the fastest in the Selenicereus family to reach maturity and bloom, about 2-3 years from cuttings. Easy to grow too! Growth is ribbed and best grown in a hanging basket but can be trained onto a trellis too. It blooms in spring thru mid summer and the blooms are numerous. Very interesting growth deffinately not an ordinary looking plant. Its native habitat ranges from Cuba, Haiti, Dominican Republic to Mexico.
