Full Description: SELENICEREUS VALIDUS S.Validus pictured in full bloom, and a close up had a little too much flash. Very regal looking bloom. Nocturnal bloom opens at full darkness and stays open till late morning, very fertile easy to cross. It roots easily and has Medium to Large white and gold blooms, blooming in the warmer months from June to fall depending on your location. Stems are rope like 3/4" to 1-1/4" in diameter with very fine spines covering exterior, stems cascade in waterfall form very easy. Very easy to root and grow- Selenicereus take simular growing culture as Epis but Selenicereus in general like a little brighter light. I also add 10% sand to the mix to assist with drainage in winter. Fast growing in warmer months!Currently available as small rooted plants only.
