Full Description: Hylocereus Hybrid 'SEOUL KITCHEN' Has a medium sized 3/4 pound to 1 pound creamy white fruit the pulp is very smooth textured and sweet. A self polinating variety 'SEOUL KITCHEN' will set fruit on its own without a cross or hand polination but hand polination can increase yields. A good producer 'SEOUL KITCHEN' is a Hylocereus Undatus cross. Average Brix 12 to 13 and 40-42 days to harvest.
