| Full Description: HYLOCEREUS POLYRHIZUS HYBRID-' VOODOO CHILD '- Is a self polinating, very fertile and produces an abundance of smaller fruits up to 1/2 lb fruit that has a nice reddish pulp color with a juicy texture, very sweet-tangy and juicy, grape like flavor, great for cocktails or fresh fruit smoothies.Fruit can be eaten fresh in hand or in jams, as a garnish or juice in drinks. Huge nocturnal blooms over 15" across. Same growing medium as Epis but likes shade at the feet and the top growth likes to reach full sun to bloom well.If your coastal it can handle full sun. Blooms all summer, fruits are developed after blooming and ripen by fall. Very profuse!Growth is slightly uncommon as it has long curved segments without too many twists or turns almost like an Arabic sword, dark green stems curving upwards to the sun. Strong grower!
